Pandora and the Nazi 2

Pandora looks over at the Heinrich Himmler and asks him why that temple is indoors. He looks at her and shrugs. He asks her what her name is. Pandora has suffered a memory loss and can't remember who she is. Himmler thinks about it for some time then decides to name her after his daughters favorite doll named Lottie.

Pandora likes the name. She asks him why is she being named after a doll. The German officer replies that it was the first name that popped into his head. He explains that his daugther never leaves that doll anywhere. He thinks it might also be because the doll is dressed in Medieval clothing like Pandora. The two leave the museum.

Over the next few months Lottie, as she is known at that time, has forgotten all about her mission. The ring sits in the Berlin Museum behind many layers of glass and alarms. Lottie has become a top secret project.
A project that has her staff car and driver. She also has a bodyguard. She has an unlimited expense account and loves to shop and spend money. Some of the German high command believe she is of no use to their effort.

Himmler orders a demonstration. He knows of Lottie's hostility to loud flying objects. At a secret assembly in the summer of 1932 he orders a rocket to fly off from a base nearby. It is an early solid fuel rocket launch.

As he and others at the assembly watched in disbelief. Lottie launched from her hands lightning bolts which destroyed the rocket in mid air. The crowd was horrified. Not so much from the site of the rocket blowing up but from what Lottie had tranformed into. She stood there with red glowing eyes and huge white wings flapping behind her at the assembly. She was making a noise that sounded unearthly.

This alteration of apperance was very brief and she returned back to normal seeing that there was no real need to destroy anything else at that moment. Himmler looked at the other German officers that had doubted her having any real ability. He told them that even if the German Military did not use her at all they could never afford to let her fall into the hands of the enemy. He also urged them that trying to destroy her would be futile. He explained that he had already tested gunfire and explosives on her and they had absolutely no effect.

Lottie came over to the officers and many of them stepped backward in fear. She told them not to be afraid of her. That is unless they had need to be. She told them that she was sorry she destroyed their rocket. She thought it was another one of the flying objects that used to torment her from long ago.

She just could not remember the details as to when this was. Pandora told them it was just a reflex. She thought it was a Flying Saucer. Pandora had good reason to think it was because Himmler had took her to a place in Germany where UFOs were seen. She brought one down and now the UFOs technology was being studied for use by the German military and their own rocket program.
